We highly recommend pairing our desserts with Sheehan Winery “Aingeal,” a luxurious fortified wine crafted from New Mexico’s historic Mission grape. In 1629, Franciscan missionaries smuggled Mission grapevines from Spain into New Mexico, establishing what is now recognized as the oldest wine-producing region in the United States. Its warming notes of golden raisin, dried fig, and baking spice beautifully complement each selection.
